• Articulated Robot

The "DBH-4" is a floating holder for deburring multi-joint robots, which allows for the selection of two types of springs based on the size of the burrs: light load and heavy load. By allowing the cutting tool to float, robot teaching becomes easy, and it can absorb variations in workpieces made of cast iron or die-cast materials. The "FCT-PLUS" allows for various functions to be systematized in the automation system using a 6-axis robot, maximizing the effective internal space. 1. We offer the "Hybrid FCT-plus," which can be modified not only as a deburring device but also as an automation device, including inversion devices, work stockers, and input/output devices. Equipped with a compressor, it can be started simply by connecting to a power source, eliminating the need for factory piping. It generates air as needed, making it an eco-friendly facility that considers the environment. Additionally, the air hoses around the robot are designed with a rotary joint specification, keeping the hoses neat. The "FCT System" is a deburring system that uses our self-developed deburring tool (Fuzzy Chamfering Tool). Since the contact pressure is controlled by air regardless of the position within the stroke (15mm), the contact pressure is always constant, allowing for uniform C-surface processing. Additionally, the horizontal movement of the stroke part prevents the occurrence of secondary burrs.
