We offer a roasting machine (bean roaster) with a drawer rail structure that makes it easy to access the rotating drum and products. It is capable of roasting soybeans, peanuts, and more. Beans are placed in a cylindrical mesh and roasted with a gas burner while rotating. We have two sizes available, but we can also accommodate size changes and specification modifications upon consultation. We offer a rotary dorayaki machine (gas/electric) that can produce approximately 720 pieces (360 sets) per hour in a small space with a copper plate size of 750mm. Thanks to the automatic dough dropping device, the amount of dough is stabilized, ensuring consistent size. Additionally, temperature and baking time can be controlled, allowing anyone to achieve uniform results.
