This product is a low-cost, environmentally friendly processing device that thermally decomposes organic matter in a short time by generating a small amount of high-temperature steam, rather than carbonizing through combustion with smoke emissions. It generates high-temperature steam at 600 to 900 degrees with a low capacity of AC200V, allowing for arbitrary temperature settings. There is almost no CO2 emissions. Unlike incineration, it is not subject to legal regulations and can be configured for continuous processing, batch processing, and custom processing capacities. 【Features】 ■ Low capacity of AC200V ■ Generates high-temperature steam at 600 to 900 degrees ■ Arbitrary temperature settings available ■ Almost no CO2 emissions *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "BDK Series" adopts a new distillation method developed in collaboration with the Graduate School of Science and Engineering at Yamagata University. By enabling the refinement of high-purity biodiesel fuel, it completely resolves the quality issues that were previously a concern, achieving stable high quality that significantly exceeds the standards of "JIS, EU, and USA." The refined BDF is supplied using a fuel pump equipped with a 20μ filter, which filters out impurities that could cause vehicle malfunctions before supplying it to diesel engine vehicles and generators. 【Features】 ■ Jointly developed with the Graduate School of Science and Engineering at Yamagata University ■ No wastewater generated ■ High-purity biodiesel fuel can be refined ■ Non-washing refinement using reduced pressure distillation ■ Stable quality biodiesel fuel can be used *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
