• Cosmetic materials and raw materials

The original brand development and manufacturing service "TOKIWA KOBO" is an OEM service that has accumulated over 50 years of experience in planning and developing products for major cosmetic brands both domestically and internationally, offering small lot and short delivery time solutions. We can customize to meet diverse needs through combinations of containers, color formulations, and materials. With a specialized lab and optimized manufacturing processes, we achieve an overwhelming short delivery time of as little as 2 months and a minimum lot size of 1,000 units. This allows for a speedy progression to sales while keeping risks (lot sizes) low. At TOKIWA KOBO, each of you will be supported in creating hit products by Tokiwa's Creator Success Managers. These managers are professionals in color cosmetics development, involved in the development of over 500 new products each year. Cosmetic development involves many considerations regarding formulations and container combinations, but we strive to meet your requests to the fullest and support a satisfying brand launch.

We offer three types of services that leverage our strength of being able to develop both cosmetic formulations and containers simultaneously. "OEM COSMETICS" is our in-house brand product created by realizing ideas from concept design to formulation, container development, and design selection. "TOKIWA KOBO" manufactures customized formulations and containers from over 10,000 variations.
