From aluminum forging and casting to heat treatment, we can provide a comprehensive response utilizing our corporate network.

Our company conducts aluminum heat treatment. We offer T4, T5, and T6 heat treatment using our proudly developed "continuous large heat treatment furnace." In particular, our unique mechanism for quenching, which involves vertical immersion into a cooling tank, allows us to complete the quenching process in just 15 seconds. We can also accommodate small lot sizes.
