We would like to introduce our "Piping and Welding Works." We are engaged in the renewal of lubricating pipes, pneumatic pipes, and hydraulic pipes that have corroded due to rust over time. We also offer crack welding repairs for press frames and parts, as well as annealing after repairs (including on-site annealing). Additionally, we accept welding buildup for worn parts. We would like to introduce the "modification work" that we are conducting. We can modify an integrated press frame to a separate type (requires investigation sketch) and redesign and manufacture weak components (such as crankshafts, connecting rods, and ram slides) to a reinforced type. Our company conducts "inspection and maintenance work." • Contract Inspection

We would like to introduce the "overhaul work" that we conduct. Based on the inspection results regarding precision, if the total clearance of each bearing exceeds the standard, we will replace all bearing metals, sliding liners, and perform corrective machining on the crankshaft (eccentric shaft), ram slide, connecting rod, metal fitting parts of other components, sliding parts, and bolster mounting surfaces. We offer inspection and repair services for press machines. From clutch and brake release inspections and precision checks to large-scale projects such as major bearing metal replacements, we handle a wide range of tasks. Related services include the installation of load cells, updates to lubrication and air piping, installation of bearing thermometers (which involves processing of the relevant parts), on-site machining (such as journal alignment, pinion alignment, and bed work), as well as various tasks like relocating or dismantling equipment.
