• Contract manufacturing

Sky Corporation provides contract manufacturing services for parts assembly, assembly (assembly), wiring processing, and more related to electrical equipment. In particular, we excel at embedding circuit boards into cases and performing potting work with silicone and epoxy, earning high evaluations and trust from our customers. 【What is resin potting?】 By injecting urethane resin into cases, we shut out dust, dirt, and water. Additionally, since the circuit board is fixed, it also provides protection from vibrations. 【Do you have any of these concerns?】 - Dirt adhesion prevention: Struggling with dust and dirt adhering to circuit boards and electronic components. - Water resistance: Wanting to create circuit boards and components that are waterproof or drip-proof. - Earthquake resistance: Considering measures to withstand vibrations and shocks. • Contract manufacturing

- Our company specializes in hand soldering by skilled solderers and the implementation of lead components on PCBs using a wave soldering process (lead-free). - For SMT (Surface Mount Technology), we can handle chip sizes from 0402 and work in collaboration with partner companies that can accommodate PCB sizes up to L500mm × W400mm, allowing for consistent PCB assembly for both SMT and post-assembly. Additionally, upon request, we can also create necessary flow soldering carriers (DIP carriers) and jigs for post-assembly.
