HV1000 Super Carburizing NN Process

Increased strength, wear resistance, and fatigue resistance. Heat treatment of over Hv1000 is possible with low-temperature carburizing (850°C).

We handle the "HV1000 Super Carburizing NN Process." Our newly developed technology, the N・N Process, solves the problem of poor carburizing properties through a special gas reaction, making it possible to achieve hardness above Hv1000 even in sulfur-resistant steel (SUN).
