We would like to introduce our "Automatic Sliding Release Device" that we handle. This resin release device operates on a steel belt, applying uniform pressure to the belt across the entire blade using air power. By automatically sliding left and right, it promotes the forced release of the product. • Other conveying machines

We would like to introduce our "Steel Belt Conveyor." For cooling resin, it is common to supply the resin onto the steel belt and spray water from below the steel belt to cool the resin and other materials. • Conveyor

"NSS HT 980" is a steel belt with good weldability and low thermal expansion rate, resulting in minimal distortion and little change in hardness at the weld joints. It has corrosion resistance comparable to SUS430, with high hardness and very low elongation rate. It has high thermal conductivity and excellent high-temperature strength, with minimal strength reduction up to 300°C.
