This document introduces an image of DED coating in research and development using Additive Manufacturing (layered manufacturing). The first layer of the dilution layer is an alloy of the coating (SUS316L) and the base material (S45C). The second layer of the dilution layer is the coating (SUS316L), and the third layer is also the coating (SUS316L). We would like to introduce our "Roll Repair" services. We restore precision that has deteriorated over time due to scratches, dents, and wear. • Calibration and repair

We would like to introduce the "fine groove rolls" that we handle. We also perform various processing methods such as single and multiple cutting, cross-cutting, and lateral drawing, and we can accommodate fine processing beyond optical systems. Additionally, we check for chipping or wear on the processing tools and confirm the replicas after processing using a laser microscope. We would like to introduce our "Metal Layered Surface Treatment" that we offer. In the past, it was difficult to repair rolls when the outer diameter of the body became extremely small due to wear. However, with layering, it is possible to build up the surface by several millimeters, allowing for regeneration of rolls in any condition. • Surface treatment contract service

We handle "press rolls" made from high-hardness materials. By using materials such as SKD11 vacuum-hardened products, we enable high hardness in our products, achieving longer lifespan for the rolls. Our expertise is applied not only in processing but also in the selection of tools and grinding wheels. We would like to introduce the "Large/Long Rolls" that we handle. We have five large NC lathes capable of processing over φ1000, with the maximum processing size reaching φ2200. The selection of materials, as well as the addition of heat treatment during intermediate processes such as roughing, is carried out through suitable processes to maximize the characteristics of the materials.
