We handle the grinding processing of chip saws. As part of the process, we first check for any chips that may be missing. Next, we perform cleaning, mainly on woodworking and resin chip saws. After that, we shape the base material, grind the squaring surface, grind the outer circumference, and check the outer circumference accuracy. During the waist and distortion check and correction, we carefully assess the waist and distortion, as cutting operations inevitably impose load and resistance on the chip saw. In the final finishing process, we polish with thinner and special wax for rust prevention, protection, and gloss, and then attach a blade edge protection tape before shipping.
