The maximum thread speed is up to 800m/min, with electric beam chuck and beam lift, and built-in beam circumference control. The machine is compact, allowing for installation in a space-saving manner, making it a warping machine that meets customer needs. Additionally, there is a type without guide rollers for fine denier (automatic rise of the main reed, circumference measurement by laser), as well as a type with press rollers for thick denier (monofilament).

We manufacture small-sized warping machines. By implementing circumference control through computer control, we ensure warping quality that is comparable to standard machines. Optional devices such as fuzz detectors, camera-type thread break detectors, and static eliminators can also be installed, just like on standard machines.
