Customization of composition and manufacturing of castings and sintered bodies are possible according to application. It achieves high resistance to seizure while being lead-free. We would like to introduce our lead-free free-cutting phosphor bronze 'KFX41'. It has a specific gravity of 8.84, and for dimensions exceeding 6mm and less than 13mm, the elongation rate is over 10%. Additionally, it has good machinability and complies with RoHS/ELV directives. "KEHMA-HR" is a lightweight material that creates added value. It uses magnesium, which has a lower specific gravity than aluminum and is the lightest metal among practical metals. It meets the combustion test standards set by the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration).
