This is a fuel flow meter that detects flow using a unique Hall element sensor. It incorporates a CPU circuit, enabling a variety of software functions that achieve fast response, high resolution, maximum accuracy, and high reproducibility. It provides an optimal environment as a flow meter system for measuring fuel injection flow rates and fuel efficiency for various engines. Flow is detected by a "one-of-a-kind" unique Hall element sensor. The measurement output section contains a built-in CPU circuit, and through various software functions, it achieves fast response, high resolution, and high reproducibility over a wide flow range. The flow learning mode ensures stable and highly accurate pulse output or analog output. When combined with a return fuel processing tank, it provides accurate net fuel flow measurement with a single flow meter.

• Flow Meter

This is a wireless transmitter and receiver that can transmit analog voltage signals (maximum ±2V) outputted from sensors/amp devices such as magnetic detectors to recording devices like pen recorders or data loggers using 429MHz band wireless communication. The power supply for the transmitter can be a DC12V battery or four AA batteries, while the receiver can use a DC12V battery or an AC adapter (DC9V). *Battery box and AC adapter are included.

• Other measurement, recording and measuring instruments

This is a driver's aid controller that can easily connect to automotive measurement systems such as exhaust gas measurement devices to meet strict regulations on exhaust gas and fuel evaporation. The standard modes used for exhaust gas testing are built into the internal memory, allowing for easy selection from the menu. Modes that are not included can be easily added by the customer. The vehicle speed signal can be selected as either an analog signal or a pulse signal. All operations can be performed using a remote control. Additionally, similar operations can be carried out by connecting a keyboard and mouse. When connected to a computer, it is also possible to transfer and select modes as well as control the screen from the computer.

• Testing Equipment and Devices

The U-841 series includes specifications for 10 pens, 12 pens, 14 pens, and 16 pens, and is the most popular digital servo-type recorder (pen recorder) manufactured by Pantos. It supports recording of up to 16 channels, and thanks to the adoption of a digital servo system in its operating mechanism, it allows for high-speed pen movement recording without the use of potentiometers or drive wires, eliminating the need for replacements during regular inspections. Additionally, it comes standard with a 5-inch display, enabling simultaneous monitoring of all channels and easy configuration of measurement conditions. The standard input unit "16TCV1" supports 2 channels per unit and can switch between DC voltage and temperature (thermocouple) within the same amplifier, allowing for both voltage and temperature measurements. It accommodates a wide range from 0.1mV to 200V and also enables temperature measurement using thermocouples. By using the optional CF card unit, digital data recording is also possible.

• Recorders

This is a desktop (flatbed type) recorder packed with intelligent features that incorporates a CPU and employs a digital servo system for the drive mechanism, in addition to conventional analog technology. It is available in 4-pen, 6-pen, and 8-pen configurations, with an effective recording width of 250mm, and it uses a solid line recording method with input amplifiers for voltage/temperature for each channel. The operation section does not use potentiometers or drive wires due to the adoption of the digital servo system, eliminating the need for replacements during regular inspections. Additionally, it comes standard with a 5-inch display, allowing simultaneous monitoring of all channels and easy setting of measurement conditions. The standard input unit "16TCV1" supports 2 channels with a single unit, allowing for switching between DC voltage and temperature (thermocouples) within the same amplifier, enabling measurements of both voltage and temperature.

• Recorders

It is equipped with a polarity switch, a recording paper fast forward switch, a recording paper rewind knob, a recording paper end alarm that activates when the recording paper runs out, and a superimposed event marker that allows arbitrary marks to be placed on the recording paper as standard features. The standard specification is fixed at AC100V, but it can be changed to a fixed voltage of either 115V, 200V, 220V, or 240V upon request. Optional features include a recording paper rewinding device, a cart for the recorder, and a separate pen-type event marker. It is characterized by its intuitive operability. The structure allows for one-handed transportation, making it easy to move to the necessary location.

There are models with 1 pen and 2 pens, and although the effective recording width is 120mm and compact, it is a recording device with a solid line recording method equipped with input amplifiers and pen mechanism sections for each channel.
