We would like to introduce the "Electrostatic Flocking Process" conducted by Seiden Industrial Co., Ltd. This is a surface processing technology that involves applying adhesive to the target object, applying a strong electric field (DC high voltage) to it, and implanting short fibers (flock) to achieve a velvet-like finish.
