Depending on your needs, we can also propose a complete set of equipment for fully automated or semi-automated solutions after these verifications. 【What JTG Lab Can Do】 ■ Imaging Verification We prepare various industrial cameras and lighting to verify whether it is possible to capture images of the products to be inspected and the defects to be detected. We check the imaging environment to ensure that the AI can easily learn and judge the products and defects we have discussed in advance. ■ AI Learning Verification By using images obtained from imaging verification or images that you already possess, we train the AI to learn the characteristics of normal and defective items, verifying whether it can make correct judgments. ■ Verification with Existing Equipment Typically, imaging verification is conducted on a desktop, but for some products, imaging can only be done within existing production lines. In such cases, we will install cameras and lighting in locations within the actual production line where imaging is possible to conduct the verification.

Free membership registrationFully automated equipment for transporting, inspecting, and discharging products is large-scale and involves several hurdles before actual implementation. However, many customers are interested in trying AI and wish to proceed with the introduction of fully automated equipment if they see potential benefits. For such customers, we propose a tabletop-type simple inspection system. This system consists of a camera and lighting for imaging the product, along with a computer equipped with AI for distinguishing between normal and defective items, making it possible to install on the current inspector's workstation. The inspector places the target product under the camera and presses a button to capture the image and perform AI judgment. The judgment results are displayed on the computer monitor, allowing the inspector to sort and discharge based on the results. This simple inspection device can be used not only for pre-verification before the introduction of fully automated equipment but also to reduce the inspection workload for operators. However, since PCs with GPUs are not common, some customers may not have one. For such customers, we provide PCs with Roxy AI installed for rent at a fee. The rental PCs come with a learning license that allows you to create AI models, as well as options that include a runtime license, which enables you to set up inspection workflows in addition to the learning license. To address this, we have developed the JTG Mujinder, which packages the equipment to eliminate the need for custom design, making affordable inspection devices a reality. The input and removal of products will be handled by human operators, while AI will assist in determining normal or defective status. 1. Simple Verification: We will verify whether your products and defects can be captured with the JTG Mujinder and whether the takt time is feasible. 3. Requirement Definition: Based on the verification results, we will confirm the requirements. If customization is necessary, it will be decided in this phase. 4. Quotation Submission: We will submit a quotation based on the defined requirements. 5. Production: After receiving your order, we will begin production.
