Takasaki City, the birthplace of our company, is the top producer of plums in Eastern Japan, with a thriving production of Shirokaga plums. Shirokaga plums are harvested as green plums and are widely used in processed foods such as plum wine and pickled plums due to their hard skin. Nanko plums are generally harvested when fully ripe. Using the carefully hand-picked Shirokaga green plums harvested by farmers, we have successfully created Shirokaga green plum fruit extract. Shirokaga plums, harvested as green plums, contain more polyphenols than Nanko plums. Additionally, we have confirmed that they also contain a higher amount of amino acids compared to Nanko plums. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
