We specialize in soldering processes for wire harnesses and produce various products such as D-sub connectors, round connectors, and switches. All operators responsible for soldering processes are certified.

• Circular Connectors

We have been involved in the production of automotive parts for a long time, and we can process them while conducting 100% inspection of strip wire seal positions and crimping conditions using fully automatic machines with cameras.

• Automotive Connectors

Our uniquely designed flat cable processing machine allows for automatic production. We can process a registered number of 1,000 items, with capabilities ranging from 1 core to 30 cores, in increments of one core. The flat cable products made with this one-of-a-kind processing machine have exceptional finishing and receive high praise from our customers.

• Board to Board Connectors

We can process both end crimping, single end crimping, single end soldering, and waterproof plug insertion fully automatically. It is also possible to conduct camera inspections on all stripped and crimped products, and our camera unit is installed in the strip crimper as well. Connector insertion is done manually, but by inspecting it with our AI-equipped image inspection device, there will be no miswiring or undetected insertion defects.

• Automotive Connectors

This is an image inspection device equipped with the latest AI technology. It is our flagship model packed with features that assist in inspections, such as AI trigger, learning search, and learning OCR. As a company primarily focused on wire harness manufacturing, we have included the "desired features" that we understand are essential, such as detecting pin extraction, miswiring, and incorrect insertion of mark tubes. The counting system is also robust, allowing for easy management of branched wire bundles. Additionally, data management, which has become standard in recent years, is performed automatically.

This is a compact image inspection device equipped with AI. It is positioned as an introductory model of AI with the concept of "minimal functions, but inspections powered by AI." It is equipped with a camera that primarily serves as a "learning tool" to help users better understand the essence of AI.
