∎ Preceding Safety Handrail (For System Scaffold Installation) Before installing the upper working scaffold, a preceding safety handrail is to be installed in advance at the edge of the planned position for the upper working scaffold from the lower working scaffold. This is a patented product developed by the Safety and Health Organization, known as the preceding safety handrail (assembly-type safety handrail for insertion). Certified products must be used at construction temporary sites for fall prevention. This assembly-type safety handrail is classified as safety equipment and is billed as a safety and health management expense. (South Korea) ∎ Bracing for System Scaffold (Diagonal Material) Bracing - Diagonal support material used to maintain structure. It is a reinforcing member installed diagonally between columns to prevent swaying or toppling of the structure.
