• Industrial Furnace

Manufacturing of industrial ultra-low temperature liquefied gas storage tanks and containers, and ultra-low temperature liquefied gas tank trucks. Manufacturing of space and aerospace-related gas equipment, design and construction of LNG satellite facilities, and manufacturing of ultra-high pressure equipment for hydrogen stations.

• Electric discharge machine

Since our founding in 1900, we have been providing products in the foot care field, including "Ibokorori" and "Wonomekorori." We aim to continue striving for the number one position in this field while leveraging the know-how gained from over 100 years of history to offer products with reliable medical quality that meet the diverse needs of consumers.

• Pharmaceutical materials and carriers

We are the only manufacturer in Japan specializing in elastic cords. We developed slitting technology for cutting and were the first in Japan to obtain a patent. We offer a variety of elastic cords and rubber tapes that meet the physical properties required for textile auxiliary materials, such as chlorine resistance, heat resistance, oil resistance, and flame retardancy. EmuronⓇ, which has been used in the swimwear industry for many years, is our representative rubber tape. We also accommodate various rubber sheets in terms of thickness, width, and color upon request.

Our company engages in program development utilizing technical expertise in embedded software, in addition to various development languages, and continues to strive daily to respond to the rapid advancements in programming languages and meet the demands of the software industry. We also focus on our outsourcing business (computer operations management), providing help desk services and sales and support for computer software and peripherals.

Advanced High-Casting Technology We can consistently carry out everything from casting aluminum products to processing and assembly in-house. We can manufacture using casting methods tailored to the specifications of product quality and mechanical properties (DC casting, LP casting, GDC casting, sand casting, and special casting).

Areas of expertise (sales points for products and technologies) We accommodate small lot sizes. Cutting from φ500 to φ10. Additionally, we can handle angle cuts up to 60°. We perform processing that is a step up from general tolerances.

Our company has been a specialized firm in planning, engineering, and equipment design since its establishment in 1971. While focusing on design contracting services that include technical calculations utilizing design tools such as 2D and 3D CAD and piping thermal stress analysis software, we also provide engineer dispatch services and training programs that can significantly enhance practical skills in a short period. We are recruiting new employees, even those without experience. Rest assured, our staff will provide thorough guidance and education from scratch.
