The Promatrix 106CS automatic die-cutting machine is a series product based on the concept of "German standards, made in China," capable of achieving a die-cutting speed of 8000 sheets per hour and accommodating a maximum paper size of 1060mm. It realizes high production efficiency and low production costs. This machine is suitable for cardboard with a thickness of 90-2000g/m² and can easily handle cardboard with a thickness of 4mm or less. The high-precision operation of the Promatrix 106CS provides a more convenient and efficient production process, making it an ideal machine for die-cutting production tasks. The Promatrix 106CS is equipped with various features. For example, it includes non-stop feeding, a vacuum feeding table, overall brush adjustment, an adjustable pneumatic locking device for the die-cutting plate, a center memory device for the die-cutting frame, a stripping position fixing device, and a stripping lock device, all of which ensure a reduction in equipment adjustment time. Additionally, the electric die-cutting pressure adjustment feature and roller carpet non-stop delivery guarantee ease of operation for the operator, while convenient equipment operation allows the operator sufficient time for product control and quality management. To meet the diverse production needs of customers, the addition of various optional devices is also possible.

The four-direction shuttle warehouse is a modern high-density storage system equipped with high efficiency, high flexibility, and high safety. Its storage capacity in the same warehouse area reaches about 5 to 10 times that of conventional warehouses, achieving improved product transport speed and reduced labor costs. The four-direction shuttle runs freely in all four directions—forward, backward, left, and right—within a three-dimensional rack equipped with high-precision guide rails, enabling automation of cargo transport by accessing any position within the warehouse.

The Promatrix106FC is a series based on German standards and manufactured in China. It is equipped with two functions: lateral foil feeding and vertical foil feeding. The foil stamping speed is 7,500 sheets per hour, and it can accommodate paper up to a maximum width of 1,060 mm. It achieves high efficiency and low cost. This machine is compatible with cartons weighing between 90 to 2,000 g/m². The Promatrix106FC is an ideal machine for high-precision foil stamping. The Promatrix106FC is equipped with a variety of features. For example, it includes a non-stop feeder, a vacuum paper transport table, brush adjustment functions, adjustable combination lower plates, and center positioning functions. This reduces the time required for adjustment tasks. Furthermore, the servo automatic pressure adjustment device and non-stop automatic paper discharge function enhance operator usability. By reducing the operator's working time, it allows for more time to be dedicated to quality control and other aspects of production. To meet the diverse production needs of customers, various optional devices can also be added.
