The journal of the pipe shaft is processed without cutting; instead, the journal is made into two pieces and processed. Drawing from years of know-how, we have transformed our approach by welding a washer-type flange punched out by pressing to a boss created with minimal cutting, thereby shaping the journal. • Grinding Machine

We would like to introduce our "Centerless Grinding Technology." We support cylindrical workpieces between a fixed workpiece support blade and a rotating regulating wheel and grinding wheel, grinding the outer circumference of the workpiece while adjusting its rotation and feed. By combining NC-controlled infeed (stop) and through-feed (pass-through) according to needs, we accommodate various shapes. We would like to introduce our "NC Cutting Technology." For machining, we use a spindle-moving CNC automatic lathe. We can process from a single product, and when processing multiple items, the precision and work are standardized, allowing for stable quality in machining.
