Our cable glands for connector-equipped cables are fully waterproof, compliant with IP68/IP69 standards, and can be used easily without the need for removal. Depending on the combination of the connector's diagonal dimensions and the cable's outer diameter, waterproofing can be achieved by processing a slit in the rubber seal part, allowing the cable to pass through without cutting the connector part. This makes it ideal for pulling in connector-equipped cables! By adding "-SD" to the end of the part number, you can specify a version with a slit in the rubber seal part (Dpart). However, please note that if the rubber thickness is too thin, the waterproof performance may be compromised. For part number selection, if you provide us with the "connector diagonal dimensions" and "cable outer diameter," we will suggest the recommended part number.

The resin part uses polypropylene, making it ideal for environments that require higher corrosion resistance, such as those resistant to acids and alkalis. The corrosion-resistant specification uses EPDM rubber, which is strong against acids and alkalis. Flame retardancy refers to the property of being "difficult to ignite" and resisting combustion.
