The "PTS-5000K" is a high-speed peeling strength tester for embossed tape that can measure long samples at a high feed rate of 15m/min, thanks to our unique peeling mechanism. It allows for continuous operation and measurement with pitch feeding, and measurements can be taken in a similar operating state to that of a chip mounter during pitch feeding. The "PTS-H1" is a high-speed peel strength tester equipped with an electrostatic sensor that allows for synchronized measurements of peel and electrostatic measurements. It can perform measurements in continuous operation and pitch feeding operation, and in pitch feeding, measurements can be taken under operating conditions similar to those of a chip mounter. It is possible to measure the peel strength between the embossed carrier tape and the top cover tape. Continuous measurements can be performed without changing the peel angle, ensuring reproducibility of the measurement data.
