Zirconia is widely used as a material with excellent toughness at room temperature, making it suitable for parts that require impact resistance and wear resistance, and it is also used as an electrolyte for oxygen sensors. However, a drawback is that its structure changes with temperature fluctuations, making it unsuitable for high-temperature applications. We offer fully stabilized (8mol) zirconia that can be used at high temperatures, as well as black zirconia for halation prevention. Additionally, we leverage the thermal expansion rate of zirconia for integration with metals and macor, and we accept complex shape processing based on our long-standing experience in ceramics processing. "Besper" is a DuPont manufactured fully aromatic polyimide resin that boasts exceptional heat resistance, capable of supporting high loads without softening even at high temperatures. "ZSBN" is a composite material developed for demanding applications that require a combination of thermal shock resistance, high wear resistance, excellent moisture resistance, and corrosion resistance. It combines the strength and wear resistance of zirconia with the thermal performance and machinability of hot-pressed boron nitride, making it particularly suitable for applications involving molten metals where wear resistance and thermal conductivity are essential.
