Additionally, this molding method allows for easy shaping of various cross-sections, including circular, triangular, hexagonal, oval, and semicircular. Due to the shift to lead-free solder, durability against corrosion and other factors for sheath heaters is required. In response to this demand, our company is taking a phased approach. This includes careful selection of sheath materials, coating the sheath, increasing the number of sheath tubes (not just layering them but also reducing the diameter for better adhesion), and manufacturing sheath heaters that incorporate all of these features.
