We would like to introduce an ultra-compact socket compatible with QFN and BCC devices, which are widely used in mobile devices and power-related applications. With over 300 types in our standard lineup, we can meet the needs of various QFN and BCC device applications. Depending on the application, you can use either the clamshell type or the open-top type. This IC socket achieves short lead times and low costs through a common design for the housing of both the open-top and clamshell types. It is also compatible with devices outside of the standard series.

A DC-DC converter with a continuous insulation voltage of 15kV between the primary and secondary sides, offering high insulation properties. It is ideal for applications requiring a floating power supply. It provides a completely isolated power supply of 12V1A (or 24V1A) and -12V10mA, with mutual capacitance below 40pF. To support high current applications, we have released a new series of products. The H-pin utilizes the burn-in process and repurposes the clam-shell body of existing QFN sockets, enabling cost reduction. The H-pin is compatible with QFN, LGA, BCC, etc., down to a pitch of 0.4 mm.

The ConectFlex sheet contact enables ultra-low inductance and low capacitance, as well as low-resistance contacts, through an extremely short signal path of 0.3mm or less. It is a patented product that serves as an ideal interposer between devices and test equipment, transmitting signals without loss. It is effective for high-frequency GHz bands and high-current testing.

Plastronics has developed a new socket using Single Beam contacts for BGA devices with pitches ranging from 0.4mm to 1.0mm. The Single Beam technology enables the creation of ultra-compact sockets that fit large matrices. It is compatible with DDR I to III.
