In the case of workpieces and fixtures with large heat capacities, such as power semiconductor devices and motor cores, there are instances where transporting them directly through a reflow oven results in insufficient heating capacity and un-melted areas. To address this issue of insufficient heating capacity during the main heating process, we have developed a compact preheating furnace, the "HAS-1016," which is installed before the reflow oven to provide a predetermined level of preheating to the workpieces and fixtures. Our previous delivery records show that it has been used not only for reflow but also as a preheating furnace before the solder bath. Since it is installed before the reflow or solder bath for main heating, there is limited installation space, making our compact heating furnace essential.
