The MT8862A is an RF transmission and reception characteristic measurement device for WLAN IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz band) equipped devices. Since a measurement system can be set up with a standard wireless LAN connection, there is no need to install special firmware for evaluation on the DUT, which reduces costs. It can be controlled from HTTP-compatible OS and browsers. Additionally, with the frame capture function, issues during connection and measurement can be analyzed using Wireshark.
