xTool MetalFab is an all-in-one fiber laser processing machine for industrial use that can perform **metal cutting, laser welding, and laser rust removal (cleaning)** all in one device. By consolidating processes that previously required separate equipment into a single machine, it significantly reduces equipment costs, installation space, and switching time between tasks. Equipped with a fiber laser of up to 1200W, it can handle a wide range of applications from welding thin sheet metal to practical strength, as well as pre-treatment for painting and rust removal. This is a high-power laser cutter equipped with a 55W CO2 laser tube (water-cooled). It can cut 20mm acrylic in a single pass. Bed size: 680*360mm Processing size: 600*308mm Equipped with two 16MP cameras, a close-range camera and a wide-angle camera. Using a conveyor feeder, processing of materials up to 500mm*3000mm is possible. (Material thickness of 14mm when using the conveyor feeder)
