"Ponchi-e Estimation-kun" is software that allows engineers to easily estimate costs for machined products (lathe machining, milling) from punch drawings. By inputting the dimensions of the machining locations for the most commonly used machining processes, lathe and milling, it can calculate the time (man-hours) and costs. Additionally, it allows for flexible changes such as adjusting material unit prices by material type, modifying machining cost rates (hourly rates), changing machining conditions, and adjusting machining time (man-hours) based on indices, enabling you to create a customized estimation software for your company and easily establish your own estimation system.
