The "Clean Booth" can create a clean environment in a specific location at a low cost and within a short delivery time, functioning as a simplified clean room. It is constructed with a steel (or aluminum) frame, anti-static vinyl curtains, HEPA filters, and a blower. Clean air is supplied in a downflow manner from the HEPA filter set on the ceiling to the floor, and is discharged outside the booth from the bottom of the vinyl curtains. By combining refrigeration units, humidifiers, heaters, dehumidifiers, and other equipment optimally suited to the conditions, we provide custom-made test chambers tailored to our customers' needs in the most cost-effective manner, utilizing Okuno's unique expertise. 1. High-precision control of temperature and humidity With fast-responding sensors and PID control of heaters and humidifiers, we achieve high stability through Okuno's unique instrumentation system. 2. Humidifiers designed to minimize troubles Our humidifiers are continuously researched and improved to minimize scale buildup, significantly reducing potential issues. 3. Simplified maintenance By adopting a simple structure and generic components, we make maintenance easier and strive to reduce maintenance costs.

By using the dew point saturation method, we can reduce equipment power and consumption compared to conventional humidifiers in temperature-controlled rooms, resulting in lower running costs. (According to our company's estimates, electricity usage can be reduced by approximately 40% compared to our standards, leading to an annual savings of about 1.3 million yen under conditions of 30 square meters, 23°C, and 50% RH.) This method offers excellent stability in temperature and humidity, and it extends the lifespan of refrigeration units. We will propose the most high-performance equipment specifications tailored to your requirements, ranging from 0.5 tsubo to over 100 tsubo.
