The "HVUα Series" is a high-voltage insulation reliability testing device capable of detecting instantaneous current changes due to partial discharge. It can be utilized for TDDB testing of high-voltage devices with an applied voltage of up to 4000V, electrochemical migration testing of inverter circuit boards, and insulation reliability testing of various high-voltage components. Additionally, the applied voltage can be arbitrarily set between 100V and 4000V on a per-channel basis. The "ECM-500 Series" is a high-precision tester capable of evaluating the insulation reliability of printed circuit boards and electronic materials under an applied voltage of up to 500V. The "RTm-100 Series" is a device that measures the contact resistance of circuit patterns, solder joints, and more with high speed and high precision. The high-performance measurement circuit of this series accurately captures changes in contact resistance below a milliohm, and when combined with a heat shock chamber, allows for data measurement linked to temperature cycles.
