The "HVUα Series" is a high-voltage insulation reliability testing device capable of detecting instantaneous current changes due to partial discharge. It can be utilized for TDDB testing of high-voltage devices with an applied voltage of up to 4000V, electrochemical migration testing of inverter circuit boards, and insulation reliability testing of various high-voltage components. Additionally, the applied voltage can be arbitrarily set between 100V and 4000V on a per-channel basis.
