Using "BIGDAT@Analysis," we will analyze your data on the spot. Experience intuitive operations on a visualized map that shows which parameters contribute to quality issues and machine troubles caused by multiple factors. By having the responsible person conduct the data analysis themselves, they can reach the true cause without overlooking the impact of unexpected parameters. Based on the analysis results, it is also possible to apply this to quality anomaly detection by classifying good product areas and defective/dangerous areas.

Free membership registrationIn the process of advancing product design, analysis results serve as a key indicator for meeting design specifications. However, even if the analysis results fall within the acceptable range, the shape may not necessarily be the optimal one that meets the required specifications, and it is quite possible that a more balanced and better shape exists. Currently, there are too many combinations of parameters to explore in order to find the best shape, and manually verifying and exploring each of these combinations is practically impossible when considering the time and effort involved. Therefore, in this seminar, we will introduce methods to improve design quality and innovation, reduce product development costs, and shorten time to market by pursuing all possibilities and finding the best product through design investigation and optimization using Creo Parametric, the Creo Simulation Live analysis module, and the Creo Behavioral Modeling Extension that enables dimensional optimization, as well as creating smart models that adapt to changes.

Free membership registrationQCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery), which is an essential element in product development and manufacturing processes, has recently been viewed from the perspective of QCD+α, incorporating environmental considerations (Environment) and safety (Safety). In light of this background, the trade-off challenges such as "increasing quality raises costs, and lowering costs tightens delivery times" are becoming increasingly complex. Particularly in the design department, there is a demand for quick and optimal decision-making within limited resources while ensuring safety and considering environmental factors. In this webinar, we will propose a solution that combines Ansys Granta Selector, which visualizes costs and environmental impacts such as CO₂ emissions from materials, manufacturing, and transportation, with Creo Parametric, which enables topology optimization to achieve lightweight designs while maintaining necessary strength and rigidity. By integrating these tools, we can reduce the workload of designers and visualize feasible design patterns and trade-offs early, thereby improving the speed and accuracy of decision-making.
