The KM-PVA brush is a highly purified product ideal for scrub cleaning of post-CMP, photomasks, glass/aluminum hard disks, LCD panel substrates, and more. We offer a variety of smooth brushes, ribbed brushes, pack brushes, and pen-type brushes to suit domestic and international equipment. The KM-PVA brush is a molded product made from high-purity Japanese raw materials. It is not cut. After molding, it undergoes special cleaning with acids and alkalis, followed by pure water rinsing to achieve the highest level of cleanliness.
