It is also effective as a water nozzle or air nozzle for removing chips inside processing machines. With just one nozzle, you can use various fluids such as water, air, and coolant, making it very economical. Experience the effectiveness of chip removal using coolant (cutting fluid) by replacing existing spray nozzles (fan-shaped). It comes with screw connection sizes of R1/4” or 1/8”, and coupler specifications are also available. Custom products can be accommodated. By improving the chip removal rate and enhancing processing efficiency, it is possible to prevent scratches on processed products, extend the lifespan of cutting tools, avoid line stoppages due to chips, and reduce cleaning time. A demo unit is available for testing.

While the fan-shaped nozzle disperses pressure and lowers it, the oscillating jet nozzle can inject a straight jet in a fan-like manner by using only the internal structure of the nozzle. As a result, it can spray over a wide area with the pressure of a straight jet, similar to a fan-shaped nozzle.
