This high-performance quick-release vacuum coupling and vacuum bag connector are designed for quick and secure attachment of vacuum hoses. The VC200 consists of two parts: male and female. When connected, it creates a high airtight seal and allows air to pass through. When removed, the internal valve automatically closes, preventing air leakage from one side of the coupling. The VC200 is custom-made for composite materials such as CFRP. It is also compatible with high-temperature and high-pressure autoclaves. As a result, it can spray over a wide area with the pressure of a straight jet, similar to a fan-shaped nozzle. Since it does not use any moving parts and vibrates left and right without power, the risk of failure is reduced, and its large flow path makes it less prone to clogging, allowing for long-term use. Intermittent operation to impact the work surface and quick switching operations of solenoid valves are unnecessary. This energy-saving nozzle can reduce water consumption by up to 40%. Additionally, it produces low vibration and noise, requires no maintenance due to the absence of moving parts, and does not need wiring connections since there is no electrical control. With just one nozzle, it can use various fluids such as water, air, and coolants, making it very economical. The screw connection diameter is only R1/4”, but custom products are also available. It eliminates the risk of metal contamination during the cleaning process. Currently, it only has a spray angle of 45° at a flow rate of 1.2L/min at 3 bar.
