The "SMT Scope Formic Acid Atmosphere Heating Custom Specification" allows for in-situ observation of changes in the state of samples under a formic acid reduction atmosphere during micro bump bonding at narrow pitches and in power semiconductors. The formic acid concentration can be freely set between 1% and 5% using N2 bubbling.
