The portable formaldehyde sensor developed by Wing Turf is the only product designated by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare that measures in three minutes. The BHS-01 operates on the same principle as the official DNP-HPLC method. Among the certified models, it is the only one that does not react to substances other than formaldehyde (other models react to alcohol, benzene, acetaldehyde (components of sweat), etc.). It is a model with high selectivity and accuracy that can accurately measure only formaldehyde, with the shortest measurement time of three minutes (other models require thirty minutes for certification). It achieves both the accuracy and precision of the official method while also providing speed (the official method also takes thirty minutes).
