The Funny eKCB series is a compact electric furnace designed with a focus on safety and ease of use. The furnace walls are constructed with high-quality insulating bricks, ceramic fibers, super boards, and silica boards layered in four layers to enhance insulation and heat retention. The heating element uses the highly reliable Swedish Kantal heater wire, maintaining a low load per unit area of the heater, ensuring durability and a long lifespan. Additionally, the heater is stored in grooves using a spiral method, making it easy to load and unload products or replace wires. The control of firing temperature is managed by a programmable PID control, allowing for stable heating and maintenance, and making it easy to change programs to freely create your own firing patterns. The upper door can stop at three points, enabling effective dehumidification and cooling. With the optional reduction burner, authentic reduction firing can also be achieved.
