The newly developed A T T B L I M E 3D scanning spray forms a uniform and extremely thin surface, bringing 3D scanning work closer to perfection. Some of the sublimation-type A T T B L I M E products are based on the compound A T T B L I M E cyclododecane, which has been developed through years of research. It frees you from the hassle of cleaning up white powder and does not stain clothes or workspaces. Since it sublimates and disappears, its performance allows for spraying even the fine details of robots and 3D scanning devices, contributing to cost reduction and increased productivity. It eliminates the need for cleaning and a work cleaning booth. A T T B L I M E A B 2 and A B 6 are also available in a liquid can (1L) type. They can be efficiently applied in combination with spray guns or airbrushes.

Free membership registration1. Issues - I want to accurately measure the body or mock-up in three dimensions. - I want to visually consider the shape changes compared to the design. - Short delivery times and inability to handle in-house. - I want to know the amount of fixed-point movement when force is applied to the body. 2. Solutions - By combining ATOS and TRITOP, measurements can be taken with an accuracy of ±0.mm for standard vehicle sizes. - By comparing measurement data before and after loading, the movement of fixed points with point seals can be analyzed in three-dimensional vector directions. 3. Effects - Confirmation of the effectiveness of posture control programs due to changes in spring constants. - 30% reduction in design lead time for aftermarket parts L/O. - Reduction in man-hours and mistakes in press mold update approvals. - Reduced yield through the design of dedicated jigs. ● For more details, please contact us.

Free membership registration1. Issues - I want to measure the mold, but it is heavy and cannot be moved. - I want to visually grasp the current status of molds in various situations, such as new molds and updated molds, but I cannot. - The delivery time is short, and internal responses cannot be made. - I want CAD data for the molds. 2. Solutions - Bring measuring equipment (ATOS & TRITOP) into the factory for measurement. → It can be done even if the mold is still attached to the press or molding machine (consultation required). - It can be done at night or on holidays when factory vibrations are reduced. - Reverse modeling of 3D CAD data from the mold measurement data. 3. Effects - By measuring the molds and pressed products, visualization of springback, feedback for updated molds and mold corrections. - 20% reduction in labor hours for mold corrections. - Creation of CAD data from drawings-less shapes within 5 days. - Improvement of FEM accuracy through comparison of analysis results and actual measurement results. ● For more details, please contact us.

Free membership registration1. Issues - I want to confirm whether the symmetry on both sides is properly achieved for items made by overseas manufacturers. - I want to understand the installation locations of the fittings. - I cannot respond in a short period. - There is no way to measure a 7-meter-long yacht. 2. Solutions - Bring measuring equipment (ATOS, TRITOP) into the dock for measurement. - The timing of measurements is difficult, and multiple vessels are measured with a time difference. - Adapt to the measurement environment, including scaffolding and lifting vehicles. - Digitize the actual object with scan data, displaying it with high precision on a PC. 3. Effects - Extract features from the shape differences of various racing boats. → Detailed dimensions are understood, improving the operability through customization of each boat. - By evenly placing the installation positions of the steering system fittings on both sides, time is improved. - Simplified feedback to the molds used in boat production, leading to improved quality. ● For more details, please contact us.

Free membership registration1. Issues - I want to measure the object that exceeds the meter accurately. - I want to visually examine the shape changes before and after welding. - I cannot handle it internally within a short delivery time. - I cannot align the processing of large parts. → Is it possible to convert the actual object into CAD data? 2. Solutions - Using the combination of ATOS and TRITOP, measurements can be taken with an accuracy of ±0.1mm for sizes around 4m (maximum size in past records: Φ10m, height 4m). - The measurement results are overlaid and output as a color map. The deformation of the actual shape compared to the design values is recognized through color information. - By converting the measured STL (polygon) information into CAD through reverse modeling, it can be read into standard design CAD. 3. Effects - By understanding the overall deformation amount, the post-processing man-hours can be reduced by 15%. - Visualization facilitates easy communication (breaking down language barriers). - By converting to CAD, processing accuracy is improved and delivery time is shortened by 20%. - Improvement of FEM accuracy through comparison of CAE analysis results and actual measurement results. ● For more details, please contact us.
