The "Noise Cut Transformer" improves noise attenuation performance, safety, and ease of use. It is a disturbance wave-blocking transformer. Focusing on the fact that various noise disturbances are caused in many environments by high-frequency noise below 150 kHz, which is not covered by major EMC standards such as the IEC 61000-4 series, we have generally enhanced the noise attenuation performance, particularly in the range of several tens to several hundred kHz. Additionally, not only the conductive parts such as terminals and coils but also the core part is enclosed in a case to prevent contact, making it safer to use.

Free membership registrationAt the C Research Institute, research and development of new drugs is underway, and many facilities are operational; however, there were issues occurring. It was speculated that the cause might be the deterioration of the power supply environment due to voltage fluctuations, but this remained merely a hypothesis, and we were troubled. Since there are various factors that can deteriorate the power supply environment, we first proposed the introduction of high-frequency noise countermeasure products that could be implemented at a low cost and provided a trial unit. When we attached a "Noise Cut Transformer" to the centrifuge to see if the situation would change, the issues that had occurred daily ceased entirely from the first day of implementation. Subsequently, we introduced the solution to the devices that had experienced issues, and those devices also stopped having problems, achieving stable operation of the research equipment. 【Case Summary】 ■ Problem: Unable to identify the cause of the issues ■ Proposal: High-frequency noise countermeasure products that can be implemented at a low cost ■ Introduced Product: Noise Cut Transformer ■ Result: Troubles resolved through high-frequency noise countermeasures ■ Conclusion: It is important to implement measures suitable for the factors causing disturbances that deteriorate the power supply environment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationCompany D, headquartered in Tokyo, had been implementing noise countermeasures for high-frequency noise generated within their steelworks by installing noise filters on the power lines of their equipment and attaching ferrite cores to the power cables. However, the issues were resolved only in one or two locations, while many other areas remained problematic. In environments where various frequencies of noise coexist, it is believed that countermeasure products targeting only specific frequencies may not yield sufficient results. Therefore, we proposed the introduction of the "Noise Cut Transformer," which can reliably eliminate a wide range of frequencies. As a result, the issues were successfully resolved, and the automatic welding machine began to operate without problems. [Case Overview] ■ Problem: Despite using countermeasure products for noise control, issues remain unresolved. ■ Product Introduced: Noise Cut Transformer ■ Effect: Issues were successfully resolved, and the automatic welding machine operates without problems. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationSince it has already been confirmed by the customer that there are no abnormalities in the equipment's insulation, we considered another possibility. Generally, high-frequency noise is generated from the compressor. Typically, some noise reduction product is installed on the compressor to prevent the high-frequency noise generated from affecting surrounding equipment. Under normal circumstances, that noise reduction product should be able to sufficiently prevent the outflow of high-frequency noise. However, when several adverse conditions overlap, that noise reduction product can sometimes become a cause of high-frequency noise dispersion. Upon confirming with the customer, it was noted that a noise reduction product is also installed on the equipment's compressor, so we focused our investigation on the surrounding area. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationIt has a coaxial and different core structure, making it suitable for mass production and relatively inexpensive as a basic model, yet it possesses a significantly high noise attenuation rate among noise prevention products. Additionally, it is designed in a shape that faithfully adheres to the principles of noise prevention, equipped with triple shielding, housed in a sturdy and low-impedance outer casing, and has the capability to shield all conductive parts, including terminals and lead wires. Compared to the NCT-G type, it is slightly superior in efficiency and voltage fluctuation rate.

Free membership registrationThis is a "Noise Cut Transformer" developed to prevent malfunctions and communication disturbances caused by noise associated with the rapidly increasing use of "general-purpose inverters." Of course, it can also be used for other applications. The noise generated by conventional inverters has been difficult to sufficiently mitigate using LC filters and similar methods. This is due to the presence of a significant amount of noise in the frequency range below 100 kHz, where the effectiveness of the filter diminishes, as well as issues such as leakage current when using filters and the influence of grounding conditions and the impedance of power and load devices. The NCT-J is a trump card that can solve these problems all at once.

Free membership registrationThis is a small, low-cost "Noise Cut Transformer" developed with a focus on general-purpose electronic devices for mass production and portable electronic devices. By utilizing a newly developed noise prevention mechanism (which has been newly patented), it effectively blocks normal mode noise across a wide frequency range, which cannot be prevented by conventional isolation transformers or shielded transformers, thereby significantly improving the noise resistance of the connected devices, all at a low cost. Additionally, its wideband common mode noise blocking capability protects the load devices from surges caused by induced lightning. In addition to standard voltage models, we can also produce units with custom voltages upon request, allowing for replacement of the power transformer in connected devices. Furthermore, it can eliminate the need for other noise prevention components such as power filters.
