The nut and sleeve are made of stainless steel (standard product). You can choose from three types of included sleeves: - Short tube type (6.35mm, 9.53mm, 12.7mm) - VCR male thread type - NPT male thread type Gasket material: choose from Teflon or nickel. Additionally, as an option, you can select the sleeve material from nickel, Hastelloy, Monel, or cast iron, and the sleeve can be delivered after EP treatment. All products are washed with pure water before shipment and oxygen is injected before sealing.

This is a connection joint for GFP's DISS. It has a proven track record of adoption by major semiconductor manufacturers and specialty gas manufacturers. The gas connection part uses reliable VIM VAR material (for SUS specifications). The standard is that the inner surface is treated with EP processing. The roughness is SUS specifications with Ra 0.25um or less. This is a plug-in welded joint developed for small diameter sizes. By minimizing the tolerance with the tube and creating a WELD LINE that allows anyone to easily and reliably perform welding, it enables the construction of a leak-free (after passing leak tests) and clean piping system using TIG to weld the WELD LINE without the need for welding rods. It is particularly suitable for high-purity piping for toxic, flammable, semiconductor gases, vacuum, fuel cells, and scientific instruments, where tightening methods may not provide sufficient safety. It is undoubtedly helpful in reducing piping time.
