Why not take the first step in research and development with this opportunity? Please provide the materials you wish to use, and our researchers will create a sample for you. You are also welcome to visit us for a tour during this process! * The sample creation experience is limited to one time. * Please be aware that it may not be possible to create fibers from the materials you wish to use. Thank you for your understanding when applying.

Free membership registrationCustomer Visit Event Product Video We have produced acetate cellulose nanofiber sheets. Acetate cellulose (acetyl cellulose) is made from cellulose as a raw material and is an environmentally friendly substance with high safety for biological systems. Additionally, it has excellent weather resistance and is less likely to deteriorate even when exposed to direct sunlight for long periods. References: 1. Omollo E, Zhang C, Mwasiagi JI, Ncube S. Free membership registrationAt our research facility (lab), we welcome visits to observe our electrospinning equipment. "What are nanofibers?" "What is electrospinning?" Our experienced staff will answer any questions you may have. Please come and see, touch, and experience our state-of-the-art electrospinning equipment! Additionally, we also accept sample production requests. We can discuss your desired materials, film thickness, fiber diameter, and shapes, and our staff can handle the production. You can also visit us to perform the spinning yourself. Please feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationA research group led by Professor Fujita at Fukui University of Technology has successfully developed a biodegradable non-woven fabric (nanofiber) that incorporates cellulose nanofibers and can decompose in seawater, in collaboration with the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Technology Research Institute. Our electrospinning equipment was used for the spinning of the nanofibers.

Free membership registrationPVP is used in cosmetics and tablet excipients. This time, I wanted to create a nano-fiber sheet primarily made of collagen, but the sheet I created ended up having a high ratio of PVP, so I would like to try various methods to reduce the PVP a bit more so that I can spin it. If you have any advice, I would be grateful if you could contact me.

Free membership registrationAssociate Professor Liu Li and Assistant Professor Li Junjun from the Graduate School of Medicine, Osaka University, have developed a tissue sheet designed using human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells. We sincerely thank you for providing the summary and the paper. This development utilized our NF-103.

Free membership registrationThis time, I used a solvent mixed with a small amount of water in HFIP for spinning. Even with about an hour of spinning, I was able to produce a thicker sheet. However, some liquid splattered, and there were wrinkles when removing it, so I would like to continue experimenting to make improvements. If you have any advice or suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it if you could contact me.

Free membership registrationThe literature titled "3D Visualization of Scanning Electron Microscopy Images of Electrospun Fibers" and "Hybrid Material Mixing Using Electrospinning and Lithium-Ion Battery Electrode Materials" was provided by Professor Oshida from Nagano National College of Technology. For these experiments, our "EP-01" was used. Please refer to the literature below for more details.
