Recoil is... ○ Stripped threads can be restored to a strong, low-cost threaded insert. ○ It is possible to restore the threaded insert to the same size as before the damage. ○ Due to the Recoil effect (described below), it is possible to achieve a holding power stronger than the original threaded insert. ○ It can be used as a reinforcing component for the threaded insert, allowing for weight reduction of the base material during the design phase. ○ A wide variety of inserts and tools are available for various sizes and locations of threaded inserts. ○ We provide the highest quality under production management at ISO9001 and QS9000 certified factories. ○ Even with materials of lower strength, such as magnesium alloys and aluminum alloys, inserting Recoil allows for the use of high-strength bolts, enabling a reduction in bolt size and weight of components. Features of Hard Lock Nuts - Almost no rotation of the screw occurs, providing an almost complete anti-loosening effect. (Other products are merely anti-fall components and it is difficult to prevent screw loosening.) - Can be completely fixed even at the intermediate position of the screw.
