At Star Plastic, we offer contract processing of thermoplastic materials, including mixing, coloring, and re-pelletizing. With our in-house extruders and pelletizers (cutting machines), we can provide services at low prices, starting from small quantities (25kg and up). We accept "prototyping of thermoplastic plastic materials." In addition, we conduct approximately 400 prototypes annually, including coloring and mixing various materials. We have both a bi-axial machine and a single-axis machine for prototyping, starting from small quantities (5kg). The "FCMini series" is a compact fan cutter that maintains the performance of the fan cutter, making it suitable for lab testing. The "FCWn Series" fully utilizes the "side cut method" and is a fan cutter that serves as a standard model with a wide range of applications from prototyping to mass production. With standard specifications, it can accommodate a wide range of materials from soft plastic elastomers (with Shore A5 performance) to non-reinforced plastics. The "Plankrin Series" is a purging agent for plastic molding machines and extruders. With astonishing cleaning power, it can handle temperatures from 150°C to 400°C. Its remarkable cleaning ability leads to a significant reduction in cleaning time and an increase in production. We accept small-scale pellet trials and mass production using our original screw extruder. We have a proven track record of high addition of various fillers and additives. Our company is equipped with fan cutters across all lines, allowing us to accommodate the pelletization of soft resins such as elastomers. Please contact us for more details.

The "Funk Cutter" is a pelletizer that adopts a strand disturbance prevention mechanism and a side-cutting method. It allows for cuts at a sharp angle, similar to cutting with scissors. The "Repelator" is a compact repalletizing operator with an overall length of approximately 1200mm, allowing it to be installed in a small space. The extruder section uses our proprietary single-screw "CER Screw," which achieves space-saving, energy efficiency, and reduction of resin degradation during repalletizing. Additionally, the pelletizer section employs our flagship product, the "Fan Cutter."
