Free membership registrationThe vacuum solar thermal collector "SOLARIS∞" is less affected by outside temperatures, allowing for high-temperature heat recovery even in winter. Additionally, by combining it with a CPC reflector (parabolic reflector), it achieves weight reduction while simultaneously increasing efficiency. Solaris adopts a heat exchange method using a heat transfer medium, which eliminates the need for a water storage tank on the roof, reducing the load on the roof and ensuring hygiene. Moreover, by connecting multiple units, it increases the amount of heat collected, making it usable not only for hot water supply but also for heating and cooling. 【Features】 ■ Selective absorption film efficiently converts light energy into heat, allowing for high-temperature heat recovery ■ Usable in winter without losing heat to the outside temperature ■ Maintains high heat collection capacity while reducing the weight of the collector ■ Hygienic due to heat exchange with a storage tank through a heat exchanger ■ Usable not only for hot water supply but also for floor heating and indoor heating ■ Contributes to reducing fuel costs and CO2 emissions by connecting to existing boiler systems *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe water supply direct connection type "Santop" does not fill water directly into the glass tube but transmits heat through a metal heat collector using a "heat pipe" method. Since pressure is not applied inside the glass tube and can be operated by applying pressure only inside the tank, it is possible to operate with a direct connection to the water supply. Additionally, while the "Sanars" required a separate, standalone faucet because it could not be directly connected to the water heater, the "Santop" can be directly connected to the primary side of the water heater, eliminating the need for a separate faucet. This method ensures that the water supply temperature to the water heater is always at warm water temperature, achieving significant energy savings. 【Features】 ■ Does not fill water directly into the glass tube, but transmits heat through a metal heat collector ■ Can be operated by applying pressure only inside the tank without applying pressure inside the glass tube ■ Allows operation with a direct connection to the water supply ■ Renewed the water supply and hot water nozzles from the bottom side of the tank to the side of the tank ■ Achieves significant energy savings by ensuring that the water supply temperature to the water heater is always at warm water temperature *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe inner surface of the vacuum double glass tube is coated with a selective absorption film that converts sunlight into heat, and when sunlight is irradiated onto the glass tube, the temperature inside the tube rises to about 200°C. Because the gap between the double glass tubes is a vacuum, the interior of the glass tube is unaffected by the outside temperature, allowing it to collect high temperatures even in winter. Furthermore, a CPC reflector that concentrates sunlight is attached to the back of the glass tube, maximizing the amount of heat collected per installation area. There are flat plate, heat pipe vacuum tube, and U-pipe vacuum tube types of solar thermal collectors, but the "Solaris," which has a CPC reflector and uses the U-pipe vacuum tube type, has the highest heat collection amount per installation area. Various solutions are built using this solar thermal collector as a heat source. One use is as a supplementary heat source for hot water boilers in facilities with high hot water demand, such as nursing homes, hospitals, and public baths. Another use is as central air conditioning for office buildings, large commercial facilities, and schools. Solar heat is also utilized in air conditioning systems for cooling, heating, and dehumidification. To prevent global warming, a society that minimizes the use of fossil fuels is necessary, and solar thermal utilization systems can significantly contribute to the protection of the global environment.
