As a customer service tool for when the bride and groom visit the venue, we previously used paper brochures focused on text and photos, CDs for entrance music, and televisions for promotional videos, employing various tools to provide explanations. This sometimes resulted in inefficiencies, such as having to leave in the middle of an explanation to retrieve materials. The iPad, with its large touchscreen and high entertainment value, is ideal as a catalog browsing device. It not only consolidates bulky materials into a single device for greater efficiency but also allows for a more immersive and effective presentation at actual wedding sites, such as outdoor locations, where we can explain opening videos, entrance music, photos, PDFs, and more.

The "Customedia," a blog + SNS construction engine developed in July 2005 as an original product of our company, enables the creation of unique blogs and SNS sites by combining rich features and various functional integrations. It can be used in an open format (publicly accessible) for corporate PR and sales promotion, or in a closed format (not publicly accessible) for internal SNS and community building. Additionally, due to its high extensibility that allows for flexible customization during blog + SNS construction, it enables various businesses and companies to create original blog + SNS solutions that are different from those of other companies.
