NUSCO-200 is a servo control system for reciprocating machining machines. It creates numerical commands for the reciprocating machining machine, compares these commands with numerical information detected from materials moving continuously with the machine, accelerates the machine control as the machining position of the material approaches, positions it at the set machining location, and performs synchronous control with the material while machining it during synchronization, and immediately after that, it returns the machine to the home position, functioning as a numerical control system.

The NUSCO-400 is a motion control system that moves the tool to the target position and performs positioning. In contrast, the 400SS perceives the entire process of moving the tool to the target position as the target position itself, and it is a servo control system for the trajectory (i.e., continuous change of position) and the speed of moving along that trajectory. It generates numerical commands for the trajectory and movement speed of the tool, compares these with the numerical information detected from the actual moving tool, and outputs real-time position and speed references to move the tool along the specified trajectory with the set speed curve.

The NUSCO-300 is a servo control system for rotary machining. It generates numerical commands for the rotary machining tool and compares these commands with numerical information detected from the materials in continuous operation. As the machining position of the material approaches, it controls the machining tool to accelerate or decelerate, positions it at the set machining location, and performs machining on the material while synchronizing with it. Immediately afterward, it adjusts the machining tool's speed to decelerate or accelerate according to the next set machining position, functioning as a numerical control system.

This is a servo control for a rotary machining machine. It is a numerical control system that creates numerical commands for the rotary machining machine and compares the numerical information detected from the continuously running material with the commands, while controlling the machine's rotation at a constant speed to ensure that the set machining length (i.e., machining position) matches one full rotation of the machining machine. By rotating the machining machine at a constant speed, high productivity can be ensured through high SPM (strokes per minute).
