The "Super Dry HEPA Series" adds the ability to control air cleanliness to the ultra-low humidity function (0-1% RH) of "Super Dry." The air cleanliness is equivalent to ISO Class 5, and it returns to an ultra-low humidity and clean environment within a few minutes after the door is opened and closed.

The "Super Dry Feeder Series" is equipped with two electronic drying units, achieving a minimum humidity level of 0% RH. With a depth of 919mm, the cabinet can accommodate feeders with reel components stored as they are. Additionally, a reel rack (sold separately) can be installed to store various reel components of different diameters and widths side by side.

The "Super Dry DP Series" is a revolutionary high-performance low dew point temperature storage unit utilizing an electronic drying unit and dehumidification method (Patent No. 6832001). It suppresses humidity rise inside the unit when the door is opened and rapidly returns to a low dew point temperature when the door is closed.

"Flat Dry" is a fully automatic constant humidity storage cabinet equipped with a dehumidification unit and a humidification unit, which maintains a constant internal humidity regardless of the surrounding humidity, allowing you to safely store important items for an extended period.

The Auto Clean Dry features a photocatalytic mechanism electronic dry unit (made in Japan). It not only lowers the humidity inside the compartment through a moisture absorption process (patented), but also continuously maintains a clean environment inside by equipping the unit with photocatalysts and visible light LEDs.
