The "Square Hole Processing Tool" is a tool designed to create square holes in wood. It can be attached to a dedicated machine, similar to a drill press, to create square holes in a single pass. Due to its construction, which consists of an outer chisel and an inner drill, high axial precision is required. We have updated the know-how cultivated through the Kobayashi-style kaku-nomi used in the furniture and fittings sector to meet the demands for higher durability and stability required in pre-cut factories. By continuously reflecting user feedback, we have achieved a high balance of performance in terms of sharpness, durability, and stability. It is designed to minimize issues such as drill tip breakage, contributing to stable line operations. Additionally, by operating within a fixed processing volume cycle of approximately 2000-2500 tsubo/month, it can be used long-term, which also helps reduce cutting tool costs.
